This will help us as trainers to establish your personal goals from a fitness perspective and lead us to developing a program to help accomplish your goal. Our programs are tailored to each individual’s unique needs as everyone has different short and long term expectations.

Your Coach to Good Health with a personal trainer by One-on-One Instruction

Get Fit Fast is about helping you make changes in your body and life. Having your own personal trainer gives you accountability, attention and motivation to help you succeed in reaching your goals.

With One on One personal training you’ll gain benefits with individual attention we give to obtain your goals that you’ve been trying to achieve. The personalized program designed by your trainer will target yours needs so that your best fitness results are reached.

Remember the Get Fit Fast program is different than anything else you’ve experienced. We will give you exercises and experiences you haven’t done before.

We offer the following one-on-one sessions:

  • 1/2 or 1 hour personal sessions
  • Semi-private personal training in 1/2 or 1 hour sessions

Sport Specific Training

Programs available for beginner up to elite athletes.

At Get Fit Fast we do sports training for athletes in his or her particular sport. Sports conditioning will help you develop strength, flexibility, quickness, endurance and explosiveness. We will teach you right techniques to achieve maximum results by creating well-conditioned, stronger and better athletes.

The Get Fit Fast trainers know each athlete has something different to work on; therefore we focus on making sure we develop all team members or individuals strengths and weakness.

We provide sport specific conditioning training for various sports/activities including:

  • Hockey
  • Football
  • Soccer
  • Figure Skating
  • Track and Field
  • Dance

Get Fit Fast 12 Week Transformation Program

 

For this program we are looking for serious and committed people that come to us at least 3 times a week. We want to change people’s life by helping you become healthy with adding more years to your life and have more self-confidence. So invest in yourself today.

The program includes:

  • Your own personal trainer
  • Body composition testing with fitness assessment
  • Before and After pictures to track your progress as your body changes
  • Your commitment to at least 3 sessions a week for 3months
